In order to satisfy demanding customers, we offer boats from 5m50 to 10 metres for rent, all of which are very recent and perfectly maintained. Our boats belong to owners who have entrusted us with the RENTAL MANAGEMENT of their boats.

Rental management is a win-win partnership with the owners. We work with them, from the moment they choose a boat, in order to bring together the best conditions of profitability: purchase of the boat at the best price thanks to professional charter rates, optimised rental income, leasing with VAT deductions (with the possibility of wealth tax deduction), free berth guaranteed all year round…
You can choose all the brands eligible for our rental criteria, we work with the main building sites: Bénéteau, Jeanneau, Sessa, Pacific craft, Bayliner, Zodiac, Capelli Tempest, Lomac, … the purchase can be made in cash or by leasing with a 10% VAT discount. Your boat is rented by us when you are not using it and we offer you the berth for the year and 50% of the rental income. We can keep it for 3 years and sometimes more (annual contract with tacit renewal), on your side you only have a one-year commitment…
You can use it 7 full days from 14 July to 31 August, plus every morning before the rental (until 9.00 am) and every evening (from 6.30 pm) after the rental. Outside the period from 14 July to 31 August, you can use it whenever you want!
The rental income covers the charges and a significant part of the boat’s reimbursement. Depending on the boat, the income varies from 4.500 to 8.500 euros, plus the space offered per year, which still represents a gain of 2.500 to 4.500 euros (incl. VAT) per year depending on its size.
The financial balance sheet is therefore very positive with a saving of 7.000 to 13.000 euros.

At the end of the RENTAL MANAGEMENT period, you can keep the boat for yourself or start a new period with a new boat. If you wish, we will take care of the sale of the old one without commission at 50% of its purchase value after 3 years or at 40% after 4 years. For smaller units, you benefit from a boat that is always recent and almost completely self-financing!
